Sites that take in requests

A website is not a business card. It is the first place where a client leaves a request.

We build websites for small businesses, practices and specialists. Each has one clear entry point: a form, a booking slot or a prepared email. The owner knows how many people came, from where and what they did. The rest of the ekartel system starts right here.

How we work

A site has three layers: request entry, understanding and measurement.

The same approach as across the ekartel offer. First we settle what should happen after a client arrives, only then do we design the look.

01entry

The client leaves a request

A form with a clear subject, a booking slot or an email with prepared content. One clear action on the page, not five buttons leading nowhere.

Result: the request lands in the business with complete data.
02understanding

Google and AI assistants know who you are

Structured data, a company description for AI models, readable content and contact details. The site is ready for a client asking ChatGPT "who should I hire".

Result: the company shows up in answers, not just exists.
03measurement

The owner sees what works

We count real visits, not bots. Once a month a simple report: how many people came, from where and how many left a request. No heavy analytics and no tracking people without consent.

Examples for your industry

Three demo sites. Open one and send a request to see how the entry point works.

The businesses on these pages are fictional and the forms send nothing. They show exactly what the "Starter site" package delivers: one clear request entry point, a confirmation page that counts sign-ups, and data for Google and AI assistants. Demo pages are in Polish.

Pricing

Three packages and care. Net prices, no hidden extras.

Hosting and domain stay on your side, you get the source files. The price covers design, copy based on a conversation, structured data and publication.

Starter site

PLN 2,900. One page for a practice, specialist or local service. One request entry point (form, booking or email), structured data, publication on your hosting.

Company site

PLN 6,900. Up to six pages, a blog ready for writing, structured data, a free AI visibility audit included and visit measurement. English version optional.

Campaign landing page

PLN 4,900. A landing page for a campaign plus a confirmation page that counts sign-ups (everyone who submits the form lands on it, so the ads learn from real sign-ups, not clicks), measurement of real visits, two copy versions to test. With the ads package: PLN 3,900.

Care: PLN 190 per month or PLN 1,900 per year. Fixes, backups, renewals, one content change per month and a visit report. Without care the site still works, it just has nobody watching it.

When it makes sense

A good moment for a new site.

  • You have a site, but clients still call to ask what exactly you do.
  • You want to launch ads and have nowhere to send them.
  • You are opening a practice and want one place with slots and contact details.
  • Your current site does not exist for AI assistants, and clients already ask them.
What next

The site is the entry. The rest of the system starts after it.

Once requests start coming in, the question returns: who handles them, how fast and what happens to each one. That is exactly what ekartel organizes next.

Ads with measurement

A Facebook and Instagram campaign that leads to this site and is counted on real people, not bots.

AI visibility

A free audit of whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini see your company at all. Included in the company package.

Handling requests after entry

Answer drafts, statuses and reminders so no request from the site gets lost in the inbox.

FAQ

Questions about websites for small businesses.

How much does a website for a small business cost?

Starter site PLN 2,900 net, company site with up to six pages PLN 6,900 net, campaign landing page PLN 4,900 net. Care after launch PLN 190 net per month. Prices are fixed for the described scope; a larger scope is quoted after a conversation.

How is a site that takes in requests different from a plain brochure site?

A brochure site says who you are. A site that takes in requests has one clear place where a client leaves contact details, books a slot or sends a prepared email, and the owner sees how many such entries there were and where they came from.

Do I get the site on my own hosting and domain?

Yes. We publish on your domain and hosting and hand over the source files. We do not tie you to our subscription or to a single tool.

How long does it take?

A starter site usually takes two weeks from conversation to launch, a company site four. Copy takes the most time, so we start with a conversation about what clients most often come to you with.

Do you write the copy?

Yes, based on a conversation with you. We do not invent client reviews or numbers. If you have your own materials, we use them.

Tell us what your business does and what request a client should leave.

We reply with a package proposal and one question that usually settles the scope. No obligation.
